Thanks for the friend invite, Ross. Not sure what I'm doing here yet :) Today I also made friends with Sophie Madeleine's Take Your Love With Me--nice!
g'day to you too Ross, thanks for the request. Looks like things are getting a bit more active with the Aussie Ukers! On ya. I'm on the shore in Sydney... always looking for some collaborators for a bit of strummin' if you know anyone.
Cheers
Simon
Hi Ross!
Aaaah, so you've got a good supply of cigar boxes, nice.
They are really stingy with them here but i've managed to collect about 5 or so. They are now waiting for their musical destiny.
Thanks for stopping by.
Have a lovely weekend,
Shelley.
Thanks for looking in. You are the first Aussie uke player I have ever spoken to.
I am on the Sunshine Coast a couple of minutes south of Noosa Heads. No Uke society up here at all as far as I can gather. But I see Brisbane has at least one club.
I am retired (58) and divide most of my time between surfing and strumming. The strumming's getting better and the surfing's getting worse.
How about you? I haven't seen your name before, but I rarely read this forum. I'm mostly a Ukulele Cosmos reader.
Hang on, I have just seen a message you have posted here. (That's one more than I've posted.) We've got scrub turkeys here too.
OK, I'm about to click the Add Comment button, hoping it will go to your inbox, not to the whole group . . .
