I bought Alistair's BLUES eboook and have found it to be very clear, easy to understand, and the sound tracks add a great dimension to the Blues learning experience.
Can't recommend it highly enough! Probably best suited to an ukulele playe…
Has anyone here tried Alistair Wood's instructional ebooks ala http://howtoplayukulele.com/ ?
I am thinking of picking up his blues and ragtime ebooks, and just wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

- I've only just begun! Ive played a little guitar for years... wait, that wasn't meant to be ukulele a pun. Let me try again. I have plaid a little bit of guitar for years, and have just picked up the ukulele. I'm working on a vaudeville/busking performance and so far this has been, absolutely, the perfect instrument.
Looking forward to touching base with more accomplished ukulele players! Hoping to find other Baltimore base ukulele players!

- I'm in town once a month usually for a few days. Next trip is 4-6 to 4-8. Will get back to you when I firm up my work schedule.

- Thanks for the add! Good to see other uke players around Charm City! I am actually in the very beginning stages of starting a local, drop-in uke 'club' thing on Saturdays with a local music store. I'll pass along info once it becomes available :)
