Comment by Ukulele eddie on November 30, 2008 at 2:11pm - Marcy: I don't think anybody could have afforded lessons from the highest payed entertainer in the UK. But many people have picked up tricks and lessons from his records and films, including me. I was around when George spent a lot of time in Warrington. However I only started playing uke when I moved to Somerset 10 years ago. What did I miss ?
