Event Description

A two day event with workshops on 23 Aug, and concert on 24 Aug. details are below, and more details on Strathmore's web site. Come help us break the Guiness World record for most ukes in same location playing same song -- currently held by London Uke Fest in 2009.

Bring uke and friends with ukes -- friends don't have ukes come anyways, ukes available for purchase at concert.

23 Aug: Gerald Ross and Marcy Marxer workshops - see Strathmore website for details and cost (http://www.strathmore.org/eventstickets/calendar/view.asp?id=7077)

24 Aug: The FREE main event. Come warm up your ukes and fingers at the pre-concert sing/strum along at 6-7pm, then enjoy the concert at 7-9pm -- record breaking time is 7:30pm but you must be registered on site at 7:00pm.
